- We will provide all the details regarding the complex your apartment is located on so all we need are details of your property
- Send the form back to us by email
- If you have digital photographs of your property or views from the balcony etc please email them to us - if you have no images don't worry we will arrange for some to be taken at an advantageous time to maximum your apartment's letting potential
- We will upload the information on to the web site and you will have the opportunity to view your details to confirm your acceptance
- We will then start advertising your property on the web

- Advertise your apartment on the web
- Promptly forward any enquiries (as appropriate) regarding your apartment
- Maintain the site to keep it constantly updated and online
- Promptly respond to any questions you may have
- Provide you with advise and guidance as to how to maximise the rental potential of your apartment
What are your responsibilities to us?
- If you wish your apartment to be available for full online booking then you will need to guarantee to us the availability of your apartment during the period it will be rented out - this does not mean you cannot use it yourselves but we need to know as early as possible when that is and we will need to take these weeks out of the availability. Please remember the more weeks you use yourselves during the high season, the less opportunity for you to receive income from your apartment.
- Provide us with full and accurate information about your apartment to allow us to maximise your profile on the site.
- Respond to us promptly regarding the current availability of your apartment
- Keep us updated as to any admendments in the pricing as well as the details of your apartment.
