Option 1 - Full on Line Booking
- Clients can view the up to date availability of your apartment, book and pay immediately on line
- You and the client will receive immediate email confirmation of the booking
- The client will pay 30% of the total amount due as a deposit on the booking and the balance 8 weeks before travel. For bookings made less than 56 days before travel then full payment will be requested.
- We handle all the client contact up to the point of travel
*This option immediately books the apartment online with no waiting for confirmation of availability - this provides the potential guest with immediate reassurance that the apartment has been reserved for their use.
Full on line booking is perhaps suitable for the apartment owner who does not want to be regularly involved in the booking process and wishes to have the benefit of having their apartment immediately available for booking.
Commission Rates - 14% on weeks sold
Option 2 - 'Unconfirmed availability'
- Clients can view your apartment and the 'unconfirmed' availability
- Contact will be made on-line to us to enquire regarding the availability of the apartment
- We will contact you via email or telephone to ask whether you will accept the booking
- We will return promptly to the client and manage the booking and payment process
- You and the client will receive email confirmation of the booking
- The client will pay 30% of the total amount due as a deposit on the booking and the balance 8 weeks before travel. For bookings made less than 56 days before travel then full payment will be requested.
- We handle all the client contact up to the point of travel
* This option is still booked online but before it is confirmed with the guest the availability of the apartment will need to be checked with the apartment owner which could take up to 24 hours.
'Unconfirmed availability' is perhaps more suitable for the apartment owner who wishes to have more immediate input into the booking process however it does not provide the immediate booking reassurance that more and more potential guests are looking for.
