Apartments - Rental Prices and other information
The Transaction currency is Pounds (£) sterling. We are also able to take payments in Euros.
The minimum rental prices for the apartments - per week - in GBP's (with Euro equivalent*) for 2012 are (see individual apartments for actual prices) -

Payments terms - 30% deposit on booking and final payment made no later than 56 days prior to the commencement of your holiday. For bookings made within 56 days of commencement of the holiday the deposit will be paid and Black Sea Holiday Apartments will notify you in writing of the requirement to pay the balance.
Visa, Mastercard and Switch cards accepted. We also accept cheques for bookings made by email or telephone. We are also able to take PayPal payments, as well as bank transfers.
**For all credit card transactions we take a minimum 2.5%handling charge. For all other payment methods we do not make a handling charge.
A refundable security deposit (minimum £125 - 150 euro) will be levied to be paid at the same time as the final balance to cover any breakages etc that may be incurred during the guest's stay. This deposit will be refunded after the guest's holiday within 2 weeks following departure, after any deductions which may occur.

Each apartment (apart from studios) has the following facilities and equipment as standard (unless otherwise stated)

- Shower

The prices are inclusive of the cost of all electricity, air conditioning and heating within the apartment. Unless stated the price does not include mid stay cleans or linen/towel changes.
Where required it is possible to hire additional fold away beds - other items are also available for hire including items for young children ie cots, push chairs etc; for a full list including Welcome Packs - Welcome Packs and Additional items to hire
The rental prices do not include costs that may be charged by the management of the complex in terms of the hire of tennis courts, gym, sauna, pool loungers etc.
Reliable transfer is available from Bourgas Airport (or Varna) to your apartment - The cost will start from 30 euros for up to 4 people. Black Sea Holiday Apartments can provide full details.
