We are a primarily an Internet based company with all the apartments we advertise featured on our web site.

While UK based, as a result of being fortunate to spend a significant amount of the year in Bulgaria, we have a great deal of knowledge and awareness of Bulgaria and particularly the area around Sunny Beach. We hope this awareness and understanding of this wonderful area, its attractions, culture and friendliness of the local people, will provide an added service and benefit to our many clients, both new and those that return to us year on year.

In order for us to offer a more comprehensive service to our clients we would ask that if you have any questions about the apartments, complexes or the local area then please email us and we will endeavour to answer your query as soon as possible during office hours. Outside of these periods we will still respond and will endeavour to reply to you at least during the next working day.
